Drug-Free Workplace Supervisor Training Course Options
These 1 Ė 4 hour sessions are conducted at your worksite and scheduled at your convenience (24/7). The Working Partners® training team has cumulative experience in excess of 325,000 hours to provide technical, engaging and relevant training for your supervisors. This TWO PART course (2 two-hour webinars) is taught live by a Working Partners® trainer, applying both audio conferencing and a real-time web presentation. To ensure participant involvement, retention and the overall educational objectives, the trainer engages participants with discussion, polls, "what if" scenarios and quizzes. Therefore, participants need individual access to a computer and phone. Prior to the webinar, participants are sent all course materials -- including a facilitator manual, written scenarios, handouts and forms to administer the supervisor training sessions. Participants are required to attend both webinars to receive course credit.
As a part of our TOT "system," qualifying participants will receive new training materials each year (PowerPoint presentation, audio scenarios on CD, etc.) to keep annual sessions fresh and relevant.

No need to wait for normal business hours, this course can be taken whenever it is most convenient for your schedule. Designed to be taken in sections or in one sitting, this self-guided course uses videos, quizzes and exercises to ensure participant involvement and retention. Certificates of completion automatically provided after successfully completing the course.
This course will take approximately 1 hour to complete. Therefore it is NOT suitable for supervisors needing to fulfill a 2 hour supervisor training requirement.*
*According to OBWC, supervisors whose companies are enrolled in the BASIC or ADVANCED level of the DFSP must receive two (2) hours of initial supervisor training and, in subsequent years, at least one (1) hour of training. Companies enrolled at the COMPARABLE level must provide supervisors with at least one (1) hour of training.
**Individuals must have a unique email address to access OnDemand 24/, please do not use generic email address (e.g., firstname.lastname@example.org). This course will be available for 60 days from the date of purchase.
Organizations enrolled in the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation's Drug-Free Safety Program (DFSP) at the BASIC or ADVANCED level are required to deliver Accident Analysis Training to all supervisors a minimum of one time. All supervisors may log-on to the BWC website to take the training, or a company representative can take the course and then deliver it to the rest of the supervisors.
