We initiated our drug-free workplace program in September 2001. Utilizing Working Partners®, we wrote our policy and then conducted employee education and supervisor training at our site. Working Partners® trainers are knowledgeable, professional and have superior presentation skills. The supervisor training was interactive and insightful and accomplished the task of educating our construction supervisors.
