Making Training Resources More Useful

Good training resources can make learning easier when they are clear, practical, and easy to access. Guides, videos, templates, examples, and discussion-based learning can all give people different ways to understand and apply new information.

I think useful resources should also be easy to revisit when someone needs a quick refresher. Keeping information organized and regularly updated can make training materials more valuable over time.

What type of training resource do you find most useful? Do you prefer practical guides, video tutorials, templates, live sessions, case studies, or interactive discussions? I recently came across a helpful resource from Vynce Digital about LinkedIn AI Content: What Marketers Need to Know in 2026, explaining how useful content and a strong online presence can help clubs, organizations, and supporter communities reach a wider audience online.
