Drug-Free Supervisor Training

We know that employees are less likely to use alcohol or other drugs on the job if their supervisors are trained to notice signs of abuse and are willing to take action if they see such signs. This classroom session is designed to arm supervisors with the knowledge, tools and motivation they need to help administer their company's program.


During the 2-hour session, taught in our Columbus, Ohio training room, participants will:

  • work through “what-if” scenarios
  • learn about their roles and responsibilities
  • understand the importance of documentation
  • interact with other supervisors

The course is great for new hires, newly promoted supervisors and those unable to attend a drug-free workplace session at their own workplace.
