What is the favorite part of your job?
My work includes scheduling on-site training and preparing policy documents. I enjoy the creation and preparation of both and enjoy the sense of accomplishment as they are followed-through and completed.
What are your personal passions?
My grown family enjoys being together. We set aside a time to get together at least once a month. I am involved in my church which includes volunteering for the choir and working with a homeless ministry. Socially, I meet with my friends monthly for dinner, cards or just to catch up.
Share a fun fact about yourself – a quirky tidbit.
Every New Year’s Eve at midnight, I go outside and bang pans with a wooden utensil and yell “Happy New Year”. My mother always did this, so I am keeping the tradition.
What is your professional background?
I attended Columbus State University majoring in Information Technology. I have completed many Microsoft Office classes to learn/refresh Word, Excel, PowePoint and Publisher programs.
