What is the favorite part of your job?
The opportunity to connect, influence and learn with a variety of individuals and groups daily and enhance their ability to know better and do better when it comes to making work and personal life choices that impact their overall well-being!
What are your personal passions?
I have many desires, most of which are centered around others, including family, friends and unfamiliar people. I quench my love of learning about people, places and things through a variety of activities: family gatherings, the “Young and the Seasoned” book club, traveling, church activities, and homeless ministry are just a few. My favorite subject has always been history.

Before speaking with me, most people think I am a male. My first name is Oris, often mispronounced Otis. (Not sure why. Maybe because I love Otis Redding’s music!)
What is your professional background?
I have a Social and Human Services Associate of Applied Science degree from Columbus State Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Global Management and Communication from Wilberforce University.
