Each year we also bring Working Partners®’ trainers to our worksite to do employee education and supervisor training. Scheduling and coordinating the sessions is always a breeze, and the trainers are always professional but at the same time very down to earth. The trainers are awesome! They never loose control of the classroom and I am pleasantly surprised each year about how well they receive the presented information. Working Partners® has been invaluable to us!

Consulting

Working Partners® highly experienced staff are available to consult with employers on policy, programs and reports. As laws are passed, legal cases heard and administrative adjustments are made by states and other governing bodies, it is important for an employer to be confident of their company's DFWP standards and practices. Changing a company's type of work or moving to a different location are also factors that necessitate program review and possible changes. Consulting services can include a policy audit, recommendations for modifying or updating an existing program and in some cases drafting new elements.
