Description:

Services & Support:
- DFWP Troubleshooting (accessible to WP policyholders only), Critical Workplace Updates and Announcements, and Compliance Assistance
- Access to member-only area on Working Partners® web site for Frequently Asked Questions and other self-service options
- Access to Group-Priced Services including:
- Drug/Alcohol Testing ($24.00-$35.00 per test all inclusive - except if 3rd party collection is necessary)
- Mobile, on-site drug testing (where geographically accessible)
- Participation in a 5%, 10%, 25% or company-specific random-selection pool for qualifying workers
- Employee assistance services and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
- Legal Services (specialized)
- Background and other pre-hire checks
- Discounted Training and Education Including:

BASE Consortium
Description:
Contains all services offered in Premium Consortium with the exception of access to group-priced services.
This option is best suited for those who do not need access to both group-priced drug testing and EAP.
Those who select this consortium option may, however, add access to group-priced drug testing OR EAP
for an additional fee per year.

BASE Plus Consortium
Description:
Contains all services offered in BASE Consortium with the additional access of either group-priced
drug/alcohol testing or EAP services. Those who select this consortium option may "add-on" access to
group-priced drug testing OR EAP for an additional fee per year.
