Employee Education

Working Partners® has a comprehensive array of venues for delivering employee education which includes "best-in-class" Training-of-Trainer courses and system support, onsite training, as well as generic and interactive webinar classes which serve multiple employers at a time.

The following courses qualify for compliance (e.g. Department of Transportation, corporate insurance benefits, Ohio BWC Drug-Free Safety Program [DFSP] and other state premium reduction programs, state construction mandates, etc.)

May be eligible for Ohio BWC Safety Grant reimbursement.

Drug-Free Workplace Education for Employees


On-Site Drug-Free Workplace Employee Education

These 1 – 2-hour sessions are conducted at your worksite and scheduled at your convenience (24/7). The Working Partners® training team has cumulative experience in excess of 325,000 hours to provide technical, engaging and relevant education to your employees. To keep annual sessions fresh, a wide variety of curricula is available, covering such topics as:

  • Alcohol
  • Marijuana
  • Prescription Medications
  • Drinking and Driving
  • Raising Drug-Free Kids
  • Enabling
  • Binge Drinking
  • Pain Medications
  • Low-Risk Drinking
  • Inhalant Abuse

Sessions are available in English and Spanish.

Training-of-Trainers (TOT): Employee Education (Webinar)

This three (3)-hour course (2.5 hour webinar + .5 hour required homework) is taught live by a Working Partners® trainer, applying both audio conferencing and a real-time web presentation. To ensure participant involvement, retention and the overall educational objectives, the trainer engages participants with discussion, polls, exercises and quizzes. Prior to the webinar, participants are sent all course materials -- including a facilitator manual, DVD, employee exercises, handouts and forms to administer the employee education sessions.

As a part of our TOT "system," qualifying participants will receive new education materials each year (e.g. PowerPoint presentation, employee exercises, handouts, etc.) to keep annual sessions fresh and relevant.

*This course can also be organization-specific, scheduled per the organization’s availability, to train multiple trainers within the workplace. Call Working Partners® for details.

Drug-Free Workplace Employee Education (Classroom)

Conducted at Working Partners® headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, this one (1)-hour course is suitable for employees who are either new hires to an organization or who were unable to attend a session at their own workplace.

Drug-Free Workplace Employee Education (Webinar)

This one (1)-hour webinar is suitable for employees who are either new hires to an organization or who were unable to attend a session at their own workplace. The interactive webinar applies both audio conferencing and a real-time web presentation. To ensure participant involvement, retention and the overall educational objectives, the trainer engages participants with discussion, polls and quizzes.
