This Working Partners® product is designed to work in concert with the Working Partners® Employee Education Videotape Package (also available on DVD). It provides practical information, techniques and tools to accomplish high-impact employee education. Working Partners® provided the first and still the most widely recognized TOT program to qualify for the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation DFWP premium discount. Can be utilized by companies with or without a Working Partners® policy in place.

Training of Trainers (ToT): Refresher/Compliance Modules
Duration: 3 hours

These workshops provide continuing education where required and coaching for TOT/Employee Educators and TOT/Supervisor Trainers. They extend the applicable life of packaged materials (for example, the Working Partners® Employee Education Video Package is extended to nine years).

Training of Trainers (ToT): Supervisor Training

This Working Partners® product equips the corporate representative to administer effective supervisor training, including step-by-step operational flowcharts regarding “reasonable suspicion” and post-accident testing and more. This mechanism allows the employer to qualify for their annual supervisor training under the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation DFWP/DF-EZ (Drug Free EZ) premium discount rule and was the first recognized TOT Supervisor Training program. Can be utilized by companies with or without a Working Partners® policy in place.
