As always, it was a lot of fun coming to Working Partners®. I always learn new ideas for dealing with different situations. The Refresher class is beneficial as it keeps me ‘up to speed’ with changes to the DFWP. I also learn new and varied ways to keep my training sessions interesting to our employees.
