New law impacting construction contractors (MS Word, 46kb)
The law clearly positions the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) as the authority in ruling whether a contractor is in Drug-Free Workplace Program (DFWP) compliance. However, as noted in this document, you will find the law specifies nuances that vary from the BWC’s DFWP and serve as minimal requirements under this law.
