Just wanted to drop a note to let you know how much I enjoyed yesterday's class. Jim was great and made the whole day seem like only a couple of hours. That is the kind of training I like. Very informative but info was given in a manner that was enjoyable. I only hope I can take the time today to process my notes so I will be able to take full advantage of what I learned.

Conducted at Working Partners® headquarters in Columbus, Ohio and various locations around the Midwest, this 2-hour course is taught to supervisors from companies not using a TOT model. Can be utilized by companies with or without a Working Partners® policy in place.
