I have always appreciated how available the staff of Working Partners^® is to help with difficult issues that I have had as Program Administrator – especially with the challenges that are inherit in implementing a drug-free workplace program in a union environment. I never hesitate to pick up the phone and know that they will either have the answer that I need or will find it for me! I love the fact that help is never more than a phone call away. We also value the information that we received in the Training-of-Trainers (TOT) course.
