I finished reading your newsletter over the weekend and it is excellent.  I just wanted to say thank you for the effort you put into that.  I look forward to them!  I put them in my bag to take home to read and enjoy with a good cup of coffee.  You do a great job and I always learn something worthwhile.

If it was not for Working Partners^®, I would be completely lost as well as inefficient in my position as Program Administrator for our drug-free workplace program. Thanks to Working Partners^® training and technical support, I am very confident in my role. The Program Administrator course that I took was helpful not only with updating our policy but also with assisting me with the understanding of each and every “will” and “may” in our policy. I walked away from the class feeling confident not only in our policy but also in myself for truly understanding our policy. I recommend the Program Administrator Course to anyone who is just starting a drug-free workplace policy or to someone that is new to the position.

The Fundamentals course is great! You have obviously spent a great deal of time and effort putting together an excellent program as well as identifying all the legal requirements. Your staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this course to all contractors who want to institute a drug-free workplace.

Working Partners^® is the Cadillac of services available to assist in implementing a drug-free workplace program. I tell everyone who asks where to start to call Working Partners^®. I remind them that they will get what they pay for. There are less expensive programs out there but they do not provide the valuable expertise and services offered by Working Partners^®.

The Working Partners^® newsletters are so informative and provide up-to-date information that is helpful in keeping our program current. They generally are packed full of pertinent information. To absorb it all, I look forward to reading them at home curled up in my comfortable chair with a good cup of coffee.

Help is truly only a phone call away with Working Partners^®. We have found ourselves in some difficult situations since we implemented job site randoms that include subcontractors and it seems to happen invariably on Friday afternoons at 4:00 pm! Working Partners^® has always been exceptionally cooperative in helping me to work through difficult situations patiently staying with me until I am comfortable handling them. They even call a few days later to check and see how matters worked out and if they can be of further assistance.

It has been a pleasure working with Working Partners^® over the past few years. We have had some issues with loss of personnel over the changes to a drug-free workplace, however, it is evident that the benefits are of great value to our continued success and we like to contribute that in part of your program. Jim Ryan and Karen Pierce fielded questions and challenges with great examples and expertise directly related to Elford, Inc.’s drug-free workplace program. They were prepared to respond with company specific answers. I appreciate their efforts to be ready with exactly the right answers to all questions.

All three Elford, Inc. trainers who attended the ToT courses reported they had an enriching experience. The ToT courses were well orchestrated, the materials are a frequent resource as we prepare lesson plans, and the video addresses contemporary issues in general and in particular to the construction industry.

When I run in to an exceptional situation, I call “my experts” at Working Partners^®. I am confident in the timely responses I receive. The Working Partners^® representatives give me good advice tying back to Elford, Inc.’s specific program. I know Working Partners^® will give me good recommendations, no matter the situation.

It is great to have the support that we need to maintain our drug-free workplace program. As a Working Partners^® consortium members, we can just pick up the phone and someone will help us. We are small business owners and wear a lot of hats. It is nice to have an expert handy to see us though tough issues that might come up. Policy development with Working Partners^® was as painless as possible. The process that they took us though allowed us to develop a policy to meet the specific needs of our company.

One of my favorite education materials I get from Working Partners^® is their client newsletter. I actually archive them in our office for easy reference. The newsletter uses “real life” situations to learn from – which in my opinion is priceless.

With on-site training, Working Partners^® continues to deliver new and creative “modules”, like the alcoholism module, every year. This really helps keep the training fresh and the employees engaged and attentive. I hope you continue to deliver on-site training in this manner.

As always, it was a lot of fun coming to Working Partners^®. I always learn new ideas for dealing with different situations. The Refresher class is beneficial as it keeps me ‘up to speed’ with changes to the DFWP. I also learn new and varied ways to keep my training sessions interesting to our employees.

Working Partners^®’ Trainers are very good and knowledgeable speakers. Their delivery and energy are appealing and they really keep the classes appealing. The Training of Trainers Toolbox Course I attended will assist me to deliver the necessary education to my field people.

We just signed a five year contract with a union. I wish we had gone through the Drug-Free Workplace Program (Fundamentals) before that as we would have been more educated and added more items into the collective bargaining agreement. That really would have been beneficial to both Nedra Corporation and the union members in terms of safety and productivity.

The Spanish EE's really appreciated the training. Three of the Spanish employees passed a message onto Reema wanting her to know how much they appreciated the company considering them enough to do a special training that they could understand. Example, she said that no one ever told them what would happen if there would be an accident. Reema said Diana really connected with the employees and she is so glad she did the training.

He kept it interesting and fun. With any policy-oriented training it is important to not be dry. Jim did a great job with his style and humor.

Allison was very casual, which was exactly what they needed. Allison understood the audience and trained at their level.

It is sometimes like pulling teeth to talk to some of these guys. Allison did a great job with them though.

Allison – she was great. She really knows her stuff. Allison – she really knows the subject. She makes it as real a possible and they really liked the information about “family and kids today”.

Jim – got a lot of comments saying his training was EXCELLENT. He established a good tone, answered all of the questions and used no fluff.

McKee Door Sales has also had staff from Working Partners^® come to our site to do education and training. The trainers are knowledgeable and really made our employees feel comfortable. This was a relief, as we were a bit concerned that the employees would be skeptical about our intentions with this policy. We needed to put it into place to comply with the Governor’s state (construction) mandate, but we knew it was just the right thing to do.
