Primary Customer Care Specialists
A hallmark of Working Partners® is our customer care. We know that our clients are busy working in their own businesses. We empathize and know that the details of operating a drug-free workplace (DFWP) program can be daunting, especially if you want to limit the company's liability AND get results. One of the most important services we provide is our customer care.
Our customer care specialists are proficient at addressing a wide range of issues that impact our diverse group of clients. One customer might have a question about his drug testing vendor. Another about her DOT mandates or how the DFWP policy interfaces with a particular union agreement. Yet another has forgotten who should be tested in a post-accident situation or wants to know how to bring the company's Spanish-speaking H2B workers into DFWP program compliance.
Our customer care specialists are a phone call away and are committed to providing Working Partners® clients with answers and support. If they are unsure about the answer, they are backed-up by our technical support team which is four layers deep with the final level being our DFWP legal specialist and partner at Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur, LLP.
