Client Care Specialist

Katie Lemke

Katie Lemke

Katie Lemke is a full-time member of the Working Partners® team working as a Client Care Specialist providing client care and sales support. She assists in problem-solving issues with our clients to insure they handle situations in an objective, policy-driven manner.

Katie graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and completed graduate coursework at the University of Dayton in counselor education. She has professional licensure in chemical dependency (LICDC) and mental health (LPC). Katie’s professional experience includes therapy and psychoeducation in residential and outpatient chemical dependency treatment centers, including medication assisted treatment, as well as providing similar services within the mental health community. Additionally, Ms. Lemke collaborated with the criminal justice system to provide chemical dependency and mental health assessment services to the Franklin County Common Pleas Court.

Katie is also an active facilitator in the Working Partners® community workforce development projects, incorporating her passion for education and extensive alcohol and other drug knowledge and experience.

She enjoys exploring her artistic side through drawing and painting. Katie is an avid dog-lover and enjoys being active outdoors.

Monica Broadnax

Monica Broadnax

In addition to serving as a Community Relations Consultant to the Working Partners® Drug-Free Workforce Initiative (DFWCI), Monica Broadnax is on the Working Partners® team as a Client Care Specialist. In that role, she provides technical support and troubleshooting to clients regarding day-to-day drug-free workplace operations, conducts training for client companies, assists with processes and activities that support sales and marketing, and supports overall business functions and systems required to maintain efficient operations.

Monica graduated from Wilberforce University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Organizational Management, and began her career in the field of alcohol and other drug treatment and prevention with The Africentric Personal Development Shop (APDS). From there she worked for both ResCare Inc. Arbor Career Center and Kelly Services Inc., where she successfully combined human resources and youth advocacy experience with training and development.

Prior to joining the Working Partners® team, Monica served as the Human Resource Generalist for six years with Millennium Community School and administered the school’s drug-free workplace program.

Monica is the mother of two and enjoys traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
