Primary Customer Care Specialists

Scott Camp

Scott spent over fifteen years in sales and account management. Most recently he served eleven years as an account executive and manager for a national healthcare organization. There, he was responsible for three fourths of the state of Ohio and the entire state of West Virginia. Scott graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelors Degree in Education and started his career as a high school English teacher in Southern Ohio where he also coached football and wrestling. In 2002, Scott joined Working Partners® as a Primary Customer Care Specialist and has expanded his responsibilities into a management role maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Working Partners® office and staff.

Anne Myers

Anne came to Working Partners® with seven years experience at a national Employee Assistance Program (EAP) where she managed multiple divisions specializing in provider recruitment, client care, crisis management and internal policy and procedure development. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Employee Assistance Counseling from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio. Anne joined Working Partners® in 2002 and her principle role is as a Primary Customer Care Specialist responding to a range of clients' needs. She also coordinates Working Partners® human resources needs and serves as the program administrator for Working Partners® own drug-free workplace program.

Shawn Kendrick

Shawn has been a member of the Working Partners team since Feb. 2006. Prior to coming to our firm, Shawn spent almost a decade in the non-profit sector. The last 8 of those were in case management, assessing needs and procuring resources for those in need. In this capacity Shawn had the opportunity to serve a variety of demographics. Some of these include developmentally disabled, mentally ill, and senior populations.  Shawn received his Bachelor of Art’s degree in Psychology from Marshall University. He is currently working toward his MBA at Ohio Dominican University. In addition to his client care duties, Shawn is the editor of our routine newsletter. He is also a freelance writer who specializes in providing content for businesses. Currently he has clients in the U.S., Canada, Denmark, and Australia.
