Client Care Specialist
Regina Bond has been a trainer with Working Partners® since 2008. In February 2014, she joined the full-time staff to serve in the role of Client Care Consultant. Regina’s responsibilities include client services/care, education and training, marketing and research, sales, and community/business outreach.
Before joining Working Partners®, Regina served over 29 years with Nationwide, a Fortune 100 company, in several capacities including managing client/customer relationships, coaching teams and individuals through performance improvement, consulting, and recruiting executive leaders and entrepreneurs.
Additionally, Regina’s prior work activities includes a role as an activity therapist for VOCA, a residential facility for adults with mental health and retardation disabilities; Central Ohio Psychiatric Hospital, Geriatric Unit; and the Alvis House, a halfway house for ex-offenders.
She holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Mental Health and Retardation from Columbus State Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Global Management and Communication from Wilberforce University.
Other interests and activities include co-founder of Infinite Learning Centers, independent performance consultant, and board member for Jireh Services and J Ashburn Jr. Youth.
Katie Lemke is a full-time member of the Working Partners® team working as a Client Care Specialist providing client care and sales support. She assists in problem-solving issues with our clients to insure they handle situations in an objective, policy-driven manner.
Katie graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and completed graduate coursework at the University of Dayton in counselor education. She has professional licensure in chemical dependency (LICDC) and mental health (LPC). Katie’s professional experience includes therapy and psychoeducation in residential and outpatient chemical dependency treatment centers, including medication assisted treatment, as well as providing similar services within the mental health community. Additionally, Ms. Lemke collaborated with the criminal justice system to provide chemical dependency and mental health assessment services to the Franklin County Common Pleas Court.
Katie is also an active facilitator in the Working Partners® community workforce development projects, incorporating her passion for education and extensive alcohol and other drug knowledge and experience.
She enjoys exploring her artistic side through drawing and painting. Katie is an avid dog-lover and enjoys being active outdoors.
