When our company decided to develop our drug-free workplace program, Working Partners® made it extremely easy for us. They could answer any questions that we had and seemed to know exactly what we needed. The education and training that we received as Program Administrators was invaluable. I think that the knowledge we received allowed us to effectively pre-plan our approach with our employees and they received it much better than we anticipated they would. Since implementing our program, we have called on Working Partners® several times with help on specific employee issues. Any time we have questions, they are always there.
